Our TEAM

It is our mission to foster an atmosphere of hope by participating in an open way in community improvement activities while providing help in the form of funding for mental well-being services.

MISSION

Y’all Means All Natchez is deeply committed to our city and region. We have all chosen to live here. As successful and impactful members of this area, we believe that active involvement in the betterment of our community through activities such as  community engagement, local improvement projects, and civic pride events, are the best ways to reach LGBTQ+  individuals who may feel isolated and helpless.

Our actions and our visibility will communicate more than words ever could.

Founders

  • John Grady Burns

A local business owner and Natchez native, John Grady Burns is proud to call Natchez home and believes that his hometown is a welcoming and tolerant community. After leaving in Atlanta for many years, John Grady longed for the familiar faces and warm hearts that he grew up around.

Greatly impacted by the untimely loss of a young friend, John Grady was inspired to found Y’all Means All – Natchez to ensure that the message of tolerance and acceptance is widely proclaimed throughout our town.

  • Michael Gray

New to Natchez, but also a child of the South, Michael grew up in Louisiana. He and his partner, Gerry, were looking for a new home and Natchez welcomed them in. Michael has spent two decades in hotel management and two decades in real estate in southern California. He was a trainer recruiter and manager for many national brands.

His book, "What's Next?" is on itunes, Amazon and Lulu .com. He and Gerry enjoy refurbishing their historic firehouse building in downtown Natchez.

  • Troy Bickford

Troy grew up in nearby Baton Rouge, often vacationing in the oxbow lakes near Natchez. A Natchez resident since 2016, Troy and his partner Doug were welcomed to town with hospitality and open-mindedness. Owners of two successful businesses, Troy and Doug want to share the warm Natchez welcome from which they have benefited and spread the message of hope and tolerance.
